Co-Directors Ian Bone and Emma Henderson who have over 35 years experience of working in the arts and creative industries, and of producing large-scale events.
Emma Henderson – Director
Emma Henderson has over fifteen years experience of working in arts marketing and PR. Emma’s areas of expertise include the visual arts and festivals. She has a background in marketing and publishing and works throughout Scotland and the North East of England.

Ian Bone – Associate Director
Ian Bone has in excess of twenty years experience of working on the production of large-scale projects both internationally and in the UK. He has run major venues at the Edinburgh Festival and more recently has worked on the Lumiere Festival in Durham and Derry-Londonderry, ‘Peace Camp’ part of the London 2012 Festival and The Lanterns of Terracotta Warriors Exhibition in Stockton on Tees and Edinburgh. Other notable projects include Extraordinary Measures; an exhibition of outdoor sculpture at Belsay Hall in Northumberland, the Chaoyang Pop Music Festival in Beijing and Stockton International Riverside Festival.
Ian has a background in journalism and PR.
